Welcome to Bukhara – a passion project born from the vision and love for food of Naresh, an Optometrist and food enthusiast, and his wife Bela, a talented cook and homemaker. Their journey began when they arrived in Al Ain in 1988, driven by a shared goal to make a positive impact on the local community.

In 1999, fueled by their dedication to exceptional food and hospitality, they opened Bukhara – a restaurant that quickly became a beloved staple in the region. Since then, Bukhara has been serving up unforgettable dining experiences, combining traditional flavors with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create meals that not only satisfy but also bring people together.
